The power of in-person connections

Business trips are always a great opportunity for me to do something I enjoy. They provide a chance to meet new people, understand them, their needs, preferences, and viewpoints, strengthen existing relationships, and gain their trust. In addition to fostering these valuable connections, business trips allow me to explore different cultures—sampling local cuisine, learning new languages, and gaining insights into diverse senses of humor. It’s a holistic experience that enriches both personal and professional growth.

In-person communication is much more effective than phone conversations. Face-to-face interactions create an environment where people can truly connect, devote their time, and showcase their working style and approach. These meaningful exchanges have a positive impact on me, enabling me to improve in areas where I previously had doubts.

The goal of the recent business trip to Poland was to further develop and strengthen our relationships with both existing and potential customers. The Polish market is dynamic and full of opportunities and has been one of our most important and developing markets for years. Over the course of five days, our sales team had the privilege of meeting with 15 clients.

                     

As Poland remains one of our key markets, we plan to continue our visits to further expand our network and contacts. Given Poland’s size and diverse regions, we are planning another business trip soon!
