Celebrating a Remarkable Milestone

Last week, Nextporter proudly celebrated its 20th anniversary – a significant milestone in our company’s journey.
The celebration began at our headquarters with a ceremonial speech, followed by an engaging quiz in which three teams competed to showcase their knowledge about the company. After the activities, we set off in groups towards the hotel, where a full program was prepared for us. Along the way, we enjoyed a delicious lunch at a nearby restaurant before continuing to the venue.
Upon arrival, the afternoon program kicked off with an excellent teambuilding session focused on collaboration, mutual understanding, and effective communication. Through various interactive activities, we gained deeper insight into different behavioral styles and learned how to work together even more efficiently in challenging or unfamiliar situations. The experience strengthened our team spirit and brought us even closer together.
This was followed by a company presentation and an inspiring speech from our founder, Erik, who was also honored with a special award from the team.
In the evening, we exchanged our sporty outfits for more formal attire and gathered for a festive four-course dinner, crowned by a celebratory company birthday cake. Afterwards, colleagues had the opportunity to unwind in the privately reserved hotel wellness center.
The next morning began with a rich buffet breakfast, marking the conclusion of our teambuilding retreat.
The entire event was flawlessly organized – there wasn’t a moment to feel bored. Everything, from the program to the choice of hotel, met the highest standards.
