- What was the goal of the business trip, and how did you perceive it?
"I view the business trip as a valuable opportunity to connect with our partners, strengthen relationships, and to get to know them better. It also offeres a chance to meet new potential customers and partners—an essential step in a sector where personal interactions are rare due to geographic distances. This trip was particularly effective as it provided us with quick and meaningful meetings, the aim of which, in addition to the above, was to identify areas where our collaboration can grow and thrive. Personally, my goal was to delve deeper into understanding how the sector operates and what aspects are crucial. It was my first business trip, which can only be experienced once.“
- Who did you meet with?
"We held several meetings with our existing customers. Additionally, we explored new opportunities by connecting with potential customers who were either unfamiliar with our company or with whom we did not have active engagement, and whom we hoped to establish stronger connections with. The variety of these meetings was both diverse and enjoyable. It’s always exciting to leave a positive impression on a potential or new customer, and equally refreshing to reconnect and converse with customers where collaboration already thrives. These moments reaffirm my belief that what we do, we do well."
- Have you got some interesting insights?
„I really enjoy how almost everyone who works in this sector is assertive and open to communication. I consider myself an introvert, and while it might sound like a convenient excuse, since introversion seems to be in fashion now, meeting new people has never been my favorite activity. However, the reality is that it’s such a vital and unavoidable part of my role that I’m grateful for the opportunities my job provides in this area—it leaves no room to think about it.
I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and approach of my colleagues. It fills me with pride to be part of a team consisting of such incredible people.“
- What was the outcome of the business trip?
„Beyond strengthening the team, which was a natural outcome, the main result of the business trip was, of course, the valuable information we managed to gather. Feedback from current and potential customers will help us better profile what we do and how we do it. We took away a lot of good tips on how we can improve our daily work.“
- What are your thoughts, plans for the future?
"We’ve identified areas where there’s room for improvement, and that is the key. At the same time, we’ve recognized our strengths and the importance of building on them. We want to maintain a client-centric approach while continuing to seek out and explore new opportunities."
